Recipes- Cod cakes w/ tarter sauce, Turkey roulade w/ gravy (became turkey picatta), cranberry sauce, green beans with fried onions, glazed turnips, mashed sweet potatoes and gingerbread*

Personal Observations/What I learned- Shocking vegetables is not always the way to go (Chef Craig's assessment), Making gingerbread is quite easy, use fresh ginger whenever possible, sweeten whipped cream w/ brown sugar, gingerbread and sweet potatoes go well together.
