Objective- Overview of history and development of the Mid Atlantic region.
Recipes- Egg, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Spicy Crab Soup, Pate a choux w/ spicy crab puffs, Roast Duck w/ garlic and honey (high priority), Buffalo wings, Roast Potatoes w/ Pearl Onions and Apple Sauce w/ caramel sauce
Equipment Used- oven, stove, bowls, pots and scale
What I learned/Personal Observations- Time management is key!! As a class we did not get much done. I managed to get my duck done. We finished the salad and the pate a choux was an epic fail!!!
