Objective- Do better than yesterday!!!!!
Recipes- Spicy Crab Soup w/ Crab Puffs, Beet, Feta & Endive Salad, Vichysoisse (Potato Leek Soup), Scallops w/ mushrooms and asparagus, Turkey Cutlet, Potatoes Parmentier, Spaghetti Squash and Ginger Pound Cake
Equipment Used- Oven, stove, bowls, pots, scale, mixer and ginger scraper
What I learned/Personal Observations- Asparagus and lemon chemically imitate vanilla. With only 3 people in class, we made more than the day before. I would add more ginger to the pound cake. We did not have any leeks, so the soup was mushroom, onion and duck.
